DeTERGE™ LF-531 is part of a product line of low-foaming surfactants known for their excellent wetting and detergency, making them ideal as primary surfactants. They offer exceptional stability in highly alkaline environments, often eliminating the need for hydrotropes. Environmentally friendly, these surfactants are biodegradable, phenol-free, and phosphate-free. The DeTERGE™ LF-531, composed of modified carboxylates, is specifically recommended for use in formulations containing caustic and alkaline electrolytes. DeTERGE™ CS-45LF is a low-foaming, chlorine-stable anionic surfactant designed for use in products containing up to 15% active caustic and other alkaline electrolytes. Chemically classified as an alkoxylated carboxylate, it is suitable only for alkaline systems and is not recommended for use in acidic systems. DeTERIC™ CP-Na-38 is a high-foaming, modified C8-12 sodium salt of carboxylated propionate. It is an amphoteric surfactant stable across a wide pH range, suitable for acid, neutral, and alkaline formulations. It offers excellent detergency, good wetting properties, and compatibility with anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants. DeTERIC™ CP-Na-38 is soluble in water, alcohols, and glycols, but insoluble in oils and solvents. DeTERIC™ CSP-50 is a phosphate amphoteric surfactant that remains soluble and stable in up to 50% liquid caustic soda and 45% liquid caustic potash. It provides low, quick-breaking foam, wetting, and surface tension reduction in highly caustic applications. The product also offers excellent color stability in these environments. At 10% by weight, DeTERIC™ CSP-50 is dispersible in water, soluble in alcohols and glycols, and insoluble in oils and most solvents. MACKAM® 2CY 75 is an amphoteric surfactant derived from caprylic imidazoline, known for its excellent wetting and detergent properties with low foam production. It is highly stable in both strongly alkaline and acidic systems, making it suitable for applications where low-foaming detergency is required, such as dairy cleaning and food processing plants. MACKAM® 2CY 75 is compatible with most anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants and serves as an effective solubilizer for higher molecular weight surfactants. MACKAM® JEM is a high-performance amphoteric wetting agent derived from plant-based raw materials. It is stable in highly alkaline systems and compatible with phosphate builders, providing low, stable foam in formulations. MACKAM® JEM effectively integrates other surfactants into heavily built hard surface cleaners and serves as a functional equivalent to sodium xylene sulfonate. When used in glass and hard surface cleaners, it offers low film and streak properties. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic, amphoteric, and cationic surfactants.
