DeIONIC™ LF-60 is a low-foaming, low HLB nonionic alkoxylated alcohol with excellent wetting and dispersing properties. It can achieve a dynamic surface tension of less than 30 dynes/cm² with a 0.1% concentration in water. DeIONIC™ LF-60 is soluble in water below 14°C, alcohols, glycols, and most solvents, while being dispersible in water above 18°C and insoluble in most oils. MACKAMINE® C 8 is a pure octyldimethylamine oxide that offers good wetting and very low foaming characteristics. Compatible with most surfactants, it contains no amide or ester groups, ensuring it will not hydrolyze in acidic systems. MACKAMINE® C 8 is also stable in highly alkaline and strong electrolyte systems, making it useful in industrial cleaners as a detergent and hydrotrope. It is compatible with most surfactants and, since it contains no amide or ester groups, it does not hydrolyze in acidic systems.
