MACKAM® 2CY 75 is an amphoteric surfactant derived from caprylic imidazoline, known for its excellent wetting and detergent properties with low foam production. It is highly stable in both strongly alkaline and acidic systems, making it suitable for applications where low-foaming detergency is required, such as dairy cleaning and food processing plants. MACKAM® 2CY 75 is compatible with most anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants and serves as an effective solubilizer for higher molecular weight surfactants. MACKAM® 168L is a high-foaming, salt-free amphoteric surfactant, ideal for systems where sodium chloride would negatively affect performance or cause corrosion. It is stable across the full pH range and functions as a detergent and hydrotrope in high electrolyte systems. MACKAM® 168L is suitable for mild surfactant systems, hard surface cleaners, and aids in wetting and solubilization in formulations with phosphates and polyphosphates.
