    Usage Information
    • INC 2580 paraffin dispersant intermediate can be diluted with 5 to 9 parts of an aromatic solvent, or water/IPA.
    • In areas where sub-zero temperatures are encountered, dilutions in H₂O should be formulated with up to 20 gallons of isopropyl alcohol, methanol, or ethylene glycol.
    • Dilutions of INC 2580 can be batched downhole or into flowlines with water or continuously applied in a diluted blend.
    • Recommended treatment rates will depend upon the final concentration of the blend.
    • Usually, batch treatments will require 5 to 10 gallons of the finished blend for a 70 barrel hot oil or hot H₂O load, the choice of carrier for the finished blend should be determined by the application.
    • Continuous treatments are in the range of 60 to 250 ppm of a finished blend.
    • Flowline batch treatments with INC 2580 are generally accomplished by injecting a mixture of 1 to 2 gallons of the final blend per barrel of flush.
