INC 2216 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is a high-calcium tolerant phosphonate scale inhibitorintermediate neutralized to a pH of 7. Formulations based on INC 2216 are extremely tolerant to high Calcium brines. Generally, phosphonate scale inhibitors will tend to form Calcium Phosphate when injected into produced waters containing more than about 6000 mg./L. of Calcium. However, INC 2216 has been observed to tolerate 350,000 mg./L. of Calcium without precipitating out of solution. Primarily intended for Calcium Carbonate inhibition, INC 2216 also shows activity inhibiting Calcium Sulfate scale, and good performance inhibiting Barium Sulfate.

INC 2277 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is a phosphate ester product developed for scale inhibitor formulations. This product is supplied as the unneutralized organic acid for preparation of neutral salts by the formulator.Finished formulations made with INC 2277 will provide inhibition of Calcium Carbonate and Calcium or Barium Sulfate scales at concentrations between 0.5 to 10 ppm, depending on the severity of the scale problem.

INC 2219 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is a phosphonate scale inhibitor intermediate based on DETA, neutralized to a pH of 7.0. Formulations based on INC 2219 are tolerant to moderate levels of Calcium in solution. Primarily intended for Calcium Carbonate inhibition, INC 2219 also exhibits very good performance inhibiting Calcium Sulfate and Barium Sulfate scales.

INC 2244 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is an aqueous solution of a partially neutralized low molecular weight polyacrylic acid for use in scale inhibitor formulations. INC 2244 will inhibit both carbonate and sulfate scale by stopping nucleation and crystal growth. Effective scale control results at concentrations from 5 to 20 ppm of INC 2244, with 6 to 10 ppm being generally considered to be a safe level. INC 2244 formulations are effective in prevention of all types of calcium scales and will inhibit deposition of barium sulfate scale where inorganic and organic phosphates fail to perform. INC 2244 is also an excellent choice for scale squeeze applications, with a temperature stability in excess of 400 ºF. The life expectancy of a squeeze has historically lasted about one year. INC 2244 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is field-titratable, which results in extremely fast and easy residual determinations.

INC 2217 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate is a specialty phosphonate designed for treatment of oilfield water systems with tendencies towards deposition of divalent cation scales. INC 2217 Scale Inhibitor Intermediate may be used to formulate finished products to aid in inhibiting the formation and subsequent deposition of Calcium and Magnesium Carbonate salts, along with Calcium, Barium and Strontium Sulfate. INC 4120 is a highly effective water clarifier intermediate based on carbamate chemistry, used in treating oil-in-water emulsions in both offshore and land-based systems. It is amphoteric and can be formulated with cationic or anionic polymers to minimize oil carryover, improve water cleanliness, and, in some cases, eliminate the need for secondary clarifiers.

INC 1480 Corrosion Inhibitor Intermediate is a high molecular weight imidazoline for batch treatment of producing oil wells. It is highly effective in hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide environments and provides excellent film persistency. It is slightly dispersible in fresh water and produced brines.

INC 2590 is a concentrated dispersant for removing paraffin deposits, water-wetting solids, and iron sulfide. It also enhances emulsion breaker formulations and resists overtreating. This dispersant can be applied downhole, in flowlines, and for tank bottom resolution.
