MACKESTER® Methyl Gluceth DOE-120 is a high molecular weight, nonionic surfactant derived from methyl glucose and oleic acid and is ethoxylated. It is valued for its exceptionally mild, non-irritating properties. MACKESTER® Methyl Gluceth DOE-120 features a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol backbone and lipophilic dioleate chains, making it an effective solubilizer and thickener in aqueous systems. MACKESTER® Methyl Gluceth DOE-120 is commonly used in rinse-off and leave-on formulations due to its excellent compatibility with skin and eyes, making it ideal for sensitive skin and baby care applications. It is often incorporated into sulfate-free or low-surfactant systems to provide thickening and conditioning effects. MACKESTER® Methyl Gluceth DOE-120

MACKESTER® PGLOL 110 is a versatile, eco-friendly emulsifier and dispersing agent for personal care formulations. Plant-derived and PEG-free, it offers excellent skin and eye compatibility with low irritation. MACKESTER® PGLOL 110 is ideal for stable oil-in-water emulsions, enhancing the texture of creams, lotions, and cleansers. Also a solubilizing agent, MACKESTER® PGLOL 110 can also help solubilize active ingredients in skin and hair care products, for example vitamins. By providing mildness, MACKESTER® PGLOL 110 can help improve the efficacy of shampoos, conditioners, and makeup products. MACKESTER® PGLIS 102 is a plant-derived emulsifier commonly used in cosmetics and skincare products. It is PEG-free and has excellent compatibility with both skin and eyes, making it suitable for sensitive formulations. MACKESTER® PGLIS 102 is particularly effective in water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions, helping to stabilize and improve texture while providing a smooth, non-greasy feel. MACKESTER® PGLCP 102 is derived from polyglycerin and fatty acid. This compound is 100% bio-based, is biodegradable and has low toxicity. MACKESTER® PGLCP 102 is commonly used as an emulsifier in leave-on cosmetic formulations, having excellent skin-feel properties due to its high substantiality and skin smoothing effect. MACKESTER® PGLCP 102 creates fine, creamy bubbles, especially when combined with anionic surfactants. It is an excellent thickener with good thermostable viscosity. These properties make MACKESTER® PGLCP 102 useful in personal care cleansing formulations. MACKESTER® PGLLA 110 is an EO-free, PEG-free glyceryl ester, derived from polyglycerin and fatty acid. This nonionic surfactant is 100% bio-based and readily biodegradable. Providing moisturization and conditioning, MACKESTER® PGLLA 110 is commonly used as an emulsifier in leave-on skin formulations, especially low-viscosity formulations. MACKESTER® PGLLA 110 is very mild and a good solubilizer, making it an option for use in personal care skin cleansing products for children and people with sensitive skin. MACKAMINE® C 14 E is a light-colored amine oxide that offers moderate foam boosting and foam stability. It is compatible with most surfactants and, due to the absence of amide or ester groups, will not hydrolyze in acidic systems. MACKAMINE® C 14 E is also stable in alkaline products and has an intermediate molecular weight. Amine oxides can be formulated with anionic, nonionic, and cationic products, exhibiting mild cationic properties under acidic conditions. They are commonly used in shampoos, bubble baths, hand soaps, and conditioners for their conditioning, foam stabilizing, and viscosity building properties. Lower alkyl chain products provide good foam boosting and stabilization, while higher molecular weight amine oxides offer softness and conditioning. MACKAMINE® C 14 E, being higher in molecular weight than lauramine oxide, enhances viscosity building properties, making it particularly effective in thickened hypochlorite systems.

DeTHOX™ NPE-9 is a 9-mole ethoxylate of nonylphenol, known for its excellent wetting, detergent, and emulsifying properties for oils and aromatic solvents. It is also used as a textile scouring agent and serves as a co-emulsifier in emulsion polymerization and agrochemical formulations.

DeTHOX™ NPE-9

DeTHOX™ NPE-6 is a 6-mole ethoxylate of nonylphenol, offering excellent emulsifying properties for oils and aromatic solvents, along with wetting capabilities. It is compatible with both anionic and non-ionic surfactants, as well as various organic solvents. DeTHOX™ NPE-6 is dispersible in water and soluble in chlorinated solvents, as well as other polar and non-polar solvents.
