DePHOS™ 4AL is a low to moderate foaming anionic phosphate ester in free acid form, recommended for use as a lubricant, corrosion inhibitor, and emulsifier in metalworking applications, particularly highly effective for aluminum machining. MACKAMINE® CG is a pure grade of cocamine oxide known for its excellent foam boosting and foam stability. It is compatible with most surfactants and, due to the absence of amide or ester groups, will not hydrolyze in acidic systems. MACKAMINE® CG is also stable in highly alkaline products and in the presence of hypochlorite bleach, featuring a low level of free amine. DeSULF™ SO-LF33 is a moderate foaming, 33% active, anionic sodium octyl sulfate. It is biodegradable and not listed in California Proposition 65. The product offers excellent detergency, wetting, dispersing, and rinsing properties and is stable in alkaline, chlorine, and peroxide conditions. DeTERGE™ LF-531 is part of a product line of low-foaming surfactants known for their excellent wetting and detergency, making them ideal as primary surfactants. They offer exceptional stability in highly alkaline environments, often eliminating the need for hydrotropes. Environmentally friendly, these surfactants are biodegradable, phenol-free, and phosphate-free. The DeTERGE™ LF-531, composed of modified carboxylates, is specifically recommended for use in formulations containing caustic and alkaline electrolytes. It can achieve a dynamic surface tension of less than 30 dynes/cm² with a 0.1% concentration in water.
