MACKAM® BAB is a mild amphoteric surfactant derived from babassu oil grown in the Amazon Basin of Brazil. It is stable over a wide pH range and compatible with anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants. MACKAM® BAB enhances and stabilizes foam in formulations with anionic surfactants and acts as an effective viscosity builder in personal cleansing products.   • Mackam® BAB should be stored in sealed containers below 30°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Material may become hazy after exposure to cold. Gently heating to 35°C and mixing before use will clear the product. Handle between 15°C – 90°C.
  • Mackam® BAB has a shelf life of 730 days.
